My Property Manager (MYPM)

MyPm is a Kuwait-based SaaS platform that helps property managers run day-to-day operations from one place.

Rent payments, reporting, maintenance coordination, and advertising vacant units.

The system is built for multiple stakeholders (managers, staff, owners, and tenants) to interact efficiently through both mobile and web apps.

We worked on MYPM as a full SaaS experience for property managers, covering the product experience across an admin panel and mobile-responsive web.

The build included React/Next.js implementation, API development, custom web animations, and a complete visual layer with custom illustrations and iconography so the platform feels modern, clear, and scalable as features expand.

We designed the experience so each user type (manager, staff, owner, tenant) can quickly find what matters to them without the UI feeling like a complex backend tool.

Custom animations and a modern interface were used intentionally to guide attention and make workflows feel smoother without getting in the way of speed or usability.

We treated UI, icons, and illustrations as a reusable system paired with a Next.js + API foundation so new modules and screens can be added without redesigning the product every time.
